Sun Salutations
Sun Salutations pure and simple, but with options and choices. Starting slow to get the movements right and then one breath per movement.
Forward Bends
Stretch the back of the legs, inner legs and hips in this forward bend series.
Loosen up
A short video to loosen up either if you're feeling tight and stiff or as a preparation for more vigorous yoga or other physical activity.
Move in Flow
Get moving in sun salutations with some lunges and standing poses. We go straight into the flow so if needed do the "Loosen up" video or a warm up first.
Twisting
Rejuvenating twisting session with a bit of side lengthening and core work.
Grow taller!
Grow taller, or at least feel like you do.
